This is exactly what I wanted and needed to navigate those moments in the wee hours of the night and morning when I’m moving around or looking for something and I’m not quite ready to turn on the daylight bulbs or I don’t want to wake up anyone else in the house by turning on the lights. What a great little invention and intervention!
I slepet about 1-2 hours now it gradually getting better i have been using them for about a month an have increased my sleep with 2 Hours and i feel better every day. I fast and exercise every day. To keep the pain away and these glasses made it easier to relax my nerves system and than my body and my mind. Sad it's not more available for more people. The Norwegian healthcare is dying in the Pursuit of easy solution sow we are standing all alone stupid monetization of the healthcare system.
I purchased a few months ago and have used 3-5 times a week. It is heavy and does not fit easily onto couch as pictured in photos but I try to make it work. I have used the various frequency settings and it is nice to be able to adjust the temperature. I have noticed no difference in sleep, energy or really anything since using this and was hoping as I am very much about IR/nearIR and grounding frequencies. I would have returned it but the shipping from the US to Australia was too expensive.
WOW! These glasses are absolutely fantastic. I ordered them with my current prescription as a "second" pair to have on hand. Not only have they taken the place of the glasses I paid just as much money for at the optometrist, they are by far BETTER than the ones from the optometrist! THANK YOU for such an amazing pair of glasses!
I really love using my infrared sauna blanket. I've even gotten to where I crave using it. It's become a regular event for me - 4-5 times per week, and I love it!!! 🏆
