I ordered this case because of the reviews, finally got my case to find out that my Note20 Ultra doesn't fit in, even when I take the case off!! So if you own a Note20 Ultra or a phone of the same size forget about this case. Completely waste of my money, and forget about returns because the post office will rip you off to send the case back to Australia for a refund.

I ended up using this primarily by slipping it in my handbag. I just put my phone on the side away from me when I'm in a hurry. I'm not a perfect user but it protects my 'side' whilst still picking up a signal.
When I use it 'properly' I find it works well but with a bulkier iPhone plus and the velcro I'm not very diligent using it.
