Full priced items can be returned within 30 days of you receiving your item for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Any items, excluding non-returnable items, that are purchased when marked as “on sale”, during an advertised sale period or using a 25% promotional code can be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Purchasing shipping insurance protects you against lost and damaged that could happen whilst your item is in transit. Whilst a very rare occurrence, damage and lost parcels do occur and its essential to have peace of mind with shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is bound to the following terms and conditions:1. If a package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it the insurance will cover you. The seller will open an investigation with the shipping courier and if they deem the package lost you will be entitled to a free replacement 

2. If damage is suffered during transit to your address, you must contact us within 24 hours to make a claim. We will then assess your claim and if eligible, ship out a replacement item

3. Items can only be declared as lost by the supplier. Insurance does not cover shipping delays. If an item has not been delivered after 3 months, then a claim is lodged by the supplier with the shipping carrier and if they deem the package lost you will be entitled to a free replacement. Customer cannot “declare parcel lost”. Any items in transit up to 3 months are not covered by insurance under “lost parcel” status.

4. Insurance does not cover you against damage to the product after receipt

Currently No Duties and Taxes are applicable on orders being shipped to the USA, Australia, United Kingdom (UK) and New Zealand. Duties and taxes are applicable in some countries when shipping from Australia. Bon Charge does not pay import taxes and duties on orders to countries other than those listed above. We offer 3 types of lenses, not just one standard lens. The lenses we offer are used for different purposes. Our clear lens Computer Glasses filter blue light down across the entire blue light spectrum. Our yellow lens Light Sensitivity Glasses block blue light between 415nm and 455nm and our red lens Blue Light Blocking Glasses block blue light between 400nm and 550nm.

We offer both prescription and reading glasses in each of our frames and in all lens colours. Simply select whether you’d like non-prescription, prescription or readers once you click add to cart. For prescription service, you simply upload your script at the checkout and we will then custom make your desired lenses in your very own prescription. Prescription glasses can be single or multifocal options and are made in our optics lab. For readers, you easily select your magnification between +0.25 to +4.00 at the checkout once you have chosen your frames and lens colour. We offer readers in +0.25 increments.

Computer Glasses (Clear Lenses) – to be worn when indoors during then day using digital devices. 

Light Sensitivity Glasses (Yellow Lenses) – to be worn when indoors during then day using digital devices.

Smart bulbs change colour by using Bluetooth or WIFI which will increase levels of EMF you are exposed to in your home. Cheaper red light bulbs that are red or amber in colour also may emit some blue or green light which isn’t ideal before bedtime.
