- Membership subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription anytime.
- The first year’s subscription fee is non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription anytime.
- Quarterly members-only events will run for a 24-hour duration, offering a 30% discount on all products site-wide. Members will receive email notifications with the sale start time. The member is responsible for checking their spam/junk folders for these notifications.
- Members will receive email notifications of all new product releases 24 hours before making them available to the public. But we cannot guarantee availability of the new release product to our members.
- The 30-day price match policy applies when a product's recommended retail price (RRP) is reduced or placed on sale without a discount code. The member must notify BON CHARGE of such a price reduction within 30 days of purchasing the item.
- Items purchased during a 30% off sale are eligible for exchanges and store credits only and are not eligible for refunds.
- Price matches are for products sold on the BON CHARGE website only, not via third party websites.
- It is your responsibility to notify us in writing (via email) if you feel you qualify for a price match. This must happen within 30 days of the price drop appearing on our website.
- Your membership will be emailed to you, and we will contact you via email when benefits can be activated.
