I have not had to use the replacement heads yet as I just started us the Red Light Toothbrush about a month ago. However, I love the toothbrush! I can really tell a difference in how my gums feel!
I ordered the lamp for supplemental light for doing artwork. It seems very helpful so far, especially during short winter days. I was able to use while recharging. I like the idea of having red and amber options for other uses. It would be helpful to include an owner's manual.
I've only used this toothbrush for a week so far but it's exceeded any and all expectations! My teeth feel so clean, like dentist clean, for most of the day! It's unreal!
Comfortable and Easy to use. I like that it has eye rims to help protect the dyes from direct red light.
I have just ordered more of these lovely light bulbs for other members of my family. I did not want them to miss out on the really important health benefits of using these bulbs after sunset. They create the most calming ambiance in the bedroom or living room. They allow the normal circadian rhythm of the body to do its stuff , which means avoiding blue light near to bed time., thus allowing the pineal gland to produce the all important hormone melatonin . People don’t realise melatonin does more than support sleep. It’s a powerful anti inflammatory hormone that switches on disease protective mechanisms in the body . I feel it is so important to support this process not negate it with blue light. My son and wife love using their red light bulb whilst attending and feeding their new baby during the night. And I love using the red bulb during meditative practice before sleep. Our ancestors burned candles at night which don’t emit blue light. We’re fortunate to be able to choose blue blocking bulbs instead. Highly recommended .
I'm glad I bought this mat and have found several uses for it. I use it on my lounge chair and the heating function helps me to keep warm without needing to heat the entire room. During the day I sometimes use the PEMF function set to 10Hz, which helps me to stay relaxed and focused while doing work on the laptop. In the evening I switch the PEMF setting to 3Hz which helps me to get a better night's sleep. The reasons for only 4 stars are the dreadful lack of instructions sent with the product and the fact that the controller is quite clunky. It beeps loudly with every button press and it could do with a clip of some sort so it can be attached to a chair.
I absolutely love these bulbs! My sleep is better and my home is more “homie“ without the bright white led lights. I also had an issue with one of the bulbs and reached out to customer service. They were professional, kind, and took care of the situation without hesitation. I highly recommend these bulbs.

I did a lot of research and this had the highest irradiance and an endorsement from Mark Hyman who I listen to often. Now that it's been close to a month we are noticing the benefits and are happy with our decision. The only thing is we travel a lot for work and would love to have a travel case to split it in two and take at least one with us when on the road.
I had been using the toothbrush for several months before my dental visit. My dentist said my gums looked great! I’ve never had such a great response from my dentist. He asked what I was using and actually looked up the toothbrush right then and said he was going to try it. After that I gave these to my kids, husband and dad for Christmas.
I bought my first Sonic toothbrush in 2005. I’ve always had easy dental appointments that I attribute to how well the toothbrush cleans. In the past couple of years I’ve had 2 spots where my gums bleed when I floss. I changed to a toothpaste that claims to improve my oral microbial but my gums still bled. My mind was blown when I found out about this red light toothbrush. Brilliant! I received it in early/mid November & it keeps my teeth just as clean as my other fancy toothbrush. This brush has the easiest timer. In 20 yrs I never figured out the other brush’s timer. Now I try to spend a little extra time in the areas where my gums bed. We love these. They make using the toilet in the night so much less disruptive to sleep.
We also use them on the 'on' setting into the bedroom when putting children to sleep and evenings are much calmer. It is very useful that they are portable too, so we can pack them to use when staying away from home.

I’ve used this item every day since I received it (2 months). My teeth feel so clean and my gums have definitely benefited. I am intrigued by the red lights in the brush head! The brush head bristles are durable and soft, which is ideal for my sensitive mouth.

So far, I'm very pleased! It's comfortable to lay on, so no problem to lay on it for the timer amount. I know I'm not supposed to see noticeable results for weeks to a couple of months, but I can't see any reason I couldn't continue using the mat.
